I don't know many books about female collaboration during the Second World War. And I haven't read any that are as practical, almost cynical as 'Een hart van prikkeldraad' by Lisette Lewin. It is a truly amazing but fictional story about a young girl, 16 years old, who decides in a split second to date a much older German officer. Alhough fictional, I think it is probably true for many girls who fell in love with German soldiers.
